With the recent crash of the economy, I wondered if the phrase - 'Two and a Half Cars' can be proper one for the big three car makers in the US. While Charlie Sheen(as Charlie Harper), John Cryer (as Alan Harper), Angus T. Jones (Jake Harper) make an excellent comedy in their 'Two and a Half Men' series, the so called 'Two and a Half Cars' series has left thousands of families stranded. If you were thinking who those two full cars are - you can stop thinking about it after you learn about the half car. No... I am not referring to some Asian electric car. As of this writing, I term Chrysler as the 'half car' in the car industry. Well, that leaves us with the other two which happen to be the full cars - Ford & General Motors. With the way things are going on in the US, you got to give full credit to Ford management who never took any bailout money from the Fed. This at least keeps the American spirit of Capitalism some life. Now that the Chrysler car is being owned by the Italian car manufacturer - FIAT, Let us all hope that the 2010 year will bring good news to all the families participating in this 'Two and a Half Cars' episode.©ihashman.blogspot.com
